    Partnering with a Madison Tradition

    For over 40 years, the Madison Street Festival has been uniting the community in Historic Downtown Madison with a collection of arts and crafts, entertainment, children’s activities, music, exhibits, vendor booths, festival food, a parade, and more! This annual festival, a local favorite that welcomes over 37,000 attendees to historic downtown Madison, is regularly recognized as a top 20 event in the state of Alabama for the month of October. Thanks to our sponsors, there is no admission charge to the Madison Street Festival, and activities are free of charge as well. Because we are a 501c3 non-profit, your sponsorship is also tax deductible. Whether your objective is community giving, marketing, public relations, or a combination of all three, we will work with you to develop a sponsorship package that meets your goals.

    Not only do sponsors help to host a “free to the community” event but sponsors also help MSF give grant money each year to educational programs. Once the festival is hosted and start-up fees for next year’s festival are finalized, we take all profits and give back to the community through our grant program. This is to accomplish MSF Mission to motivate and support students of all ages and abilities by providing access to higher education and educational programs. Madison Street Festival can not do this every year without amazing sponsors.

    Madison Street Festival Parade Sponsor- $5,000

    Madison Street Festival Transportation Sponsor- $3,000

    Front Street Level- $2,500

    Maple Street Level- $1,500

  • To take full advantage of the sponsorship benefits, contact the MSF Sponsor Team at msf.sponsor@gmail.com. Once sponsorship is confirmed, you will receive a participation agreement as well as an invoice for the amount due within 10 days.
