2026 Madison Street Festival Artist Alley Application EmailThis field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.Artist Alley Thank you for applying to be part of the Madison Street Festival (MSF) in downtown Madison, AL on Saturday, October 3, 2026. Reservation of Rights: The MSF reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual or organization. Applying to the festival does not ensure a party will be selected for participation. Participation in the Festival will be at the sole discretion of the MSF. The vendor accepts and agrees to this reservation of rights. Application Acceptance and Approval: Vendor applications will only be accepted during the “Online Registration” period as described on the MSF website. Upon receipt of a COMPLETED application, vendors will be notified within approximately fifteen (15) calendar days of approval to participate in the festival. This notification will be by email. A Participation Agreement, Waiver, Indemnification, and Release of Liability document will follow, also by email. This document must be SIGNED electronically and returned by the date specified in the email. Then an invoice will be emailed. Upon receipt of the agreement/waiver and payment of your invoice, your spot in the festival will be considered COMPLETE. Applying to the festival does not ensure vendor participation. Participation in the Festival will be at the sole discretion of the MSF and in accordance with the “Reservation of Rights” of this application. ARTIST ALLEY RULES AND REGULATIONS: 1) All vendors must abide by the MSF Participation Agreement (PA). Breach of the PA will result in the cancellation of a vendor’s application, removal from the festival, and denial of the vendor’s application the following year. No refunds will be issued for breach of the PA. 2) The following are VIOLATIONS THAT WILL BE CONSIDERED A BREACH OF THE PA: a) The day of the festival all vendor vehicles must be out of the festival area by 8:00 a.m. Vendors must park in designated parking areas only. Vehicles parked in the festival area after 8:00 a.m. will be towed at the owner’s expense. b) For each assigned booth space, no more than two (2) vehicles will be allowed to enter the festival area for vendor set-up and tear-down. c) Failure to comply with Traffic Officials (including all MSF Committee Members, Madison City personnel, and MSF Volunteers) may result in vendor (1) removal from the festival, and/or (2) prohibition from participating in future festivals. d) All vendor exhibits must be fully contained in the assigned booth space. Exhibits larger than the booth space will be denied entry or removed from the festival. e) All vendors must remain open and present in their booth during festival hours and may not begin tear-down until the festival ends at 4:00 p.m. 3) Artist Alley booth spaces are 12’ wide x 12’ deep and cost $125. 4) The MSF does not provide electricity and vendors are prohibited from using generators. No generators of any kind will be allowed at the festival in Artist Alley. 5) Since the MSF Artist Alley is a juried event, all applications must include a link to the artist’s portfolio (website, Facebook page, Esty page, Instagram, etc.). If you do not have a website, you may be requested to submit photographs of some of your work. Applications will not be considered without a website, artist portfolio, or photographs. 6) The MSF reserves the right to select all artists to participate in the MSF Artist Alley. 7) An approved Artist Alley vendor will receive a Participation Agreement that must be signed and returned, and then they will receive an invoice for their booth.
