2013 MADISON STREET FESTIVAL ART COMPETITION
CALL FOR ENTRIES
Entries are now being accepted for the 2013 Madison Street Festival Inaugural Art Competition. The winning entry will become the official poster of the 2013 Madison Street Festival. The design will be printed as a limited edition print available for purchase at the event.
Entries may be submitted online until midnight May 31st, 2013, with the announcement of the winning entry on June 15th, 2013. All artworks submitted will be exhibited at the Madison Street Festival, October 5th, 2013 and online.
The Madison Street Festival invites all artists of any age to articipate.
THEME: “Celebrate Madison!”
Requirements:
Artists are invited to submit their own works of art, of any
medium they choose. Artwork is to be original, and have no prior copyrights associated with them.
Submission:
Contest entries must be submitted digitally to:

Files should be submitted in .jpg format with a 300dpi.
Include your name, title of the piece, size of original, medium used, and a brief artist’s statement, if desired.
Deadline:
Artwork must be submitted by midnight, May 31st, 2013
All entries submitted will be judged by a panel of judges. The winning entry will be awarded a $250 prize.
All artwork submitted may be used at the discretion of the Madison Street Festival for promotional purposes.
